Indemnity:

In any and all actions, controversies, claims, or disputes, should arbitration not be elected by TRAVELBEAUTIFULPLACES PROJECT, or should the arbitration provisions herein become inapplicable or unenforceable, or in any instance of any lawsuit between you and TRAVELBEAUTIFULPLACES PROJECT, you and TRAVELBEAUTIFULPLACES PROJECT agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction, and venue, of the state and federal courts located within European countries, waiving all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens (forum or location which is not convenient).

If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, you, TRAVELBEAUTIFULPLACES PROJECT, and the court shall make every possible effort to give effect to the intent reflected in that provision, and the remaining Terms of Use provisions shall retain their full force and effect.
